Menganti is Beautiful Virgin Beach

Menganti that i've ever heard is the virgin beach with white sands......

On 22 Sept 2013, a very sunny morning, i decided to vacation with my close friend to one of the beaches in Central Java. This beach is famous for its white sands and beautiful scene.  Therefore, this beach is known as Virgin Beach.

What is the name ??? Yeah, the beach is Menganti

Menganti is located in Kebumen, a city in Central Java, adjacent to Banyumas city. I travelled from Purwokerto by motorcycle for about 2 hours. The way to the Menganti is very turtuous, because it surrounded by Serayu mountaint. Although a long journey, but trust me it was paid for the beauty of scene.

After 2 hours for trip, i arrived at midday. The hot sun didn't prevent to me for enjoying the beach. After arrived, me and my friend decided to take a break at a food stall while enjoying the beach. 

After that, i headed to the highland for looked Menganti from the top. This journey by foot for approximately 15 minutes to reach the top. At the top of this land, there is a lighthouse that is used to see the sights around. 

woooow, this is a wonderful beach that i've ever seen... the blue water, brunt of the waves, fisherman, white sands, coral reef, beauty mountaint, and all of it, i seen from the top!

I sat on the grasses and admire the beauty of God's creation while chatting with my friends. i didn't forget to take some pictures of the sight. 

I didn't feel the time showed at 4 pm, and i rushed down to feel the beach while waiting for the sunset. I saw a lot of marine organism that live in the coral beach like starfish, sea urchins, clams, sea cucumber, and many more. This indicates that the beach is still virgin, there has not been contaminated by pollutant. 

So wonderful! 

i enjoyed the sea water and white sands until sunset time arrives. Instantaneous, sea water also has begun its ups, and it was time for me to return home.

It was highly recommended place for refresh our mind,,

"Nusakambangan" The Exotic Island

It was shiny week in Central Java. I planned to spend my last week in Nusakambangan, one of the exotic island near located from Cilacap, Central Java. And i had a blissful chance to experience it with my travel-mate Anita, Pute, and Chelsy (wonder girl).

We started from Purwokerto at 8 o'clock am. We headed to Cilacap by motor cycle taken for 2 hours. After arrived at Teluk Penyu Cilacap, we had to use boat taken for 10 minute. And finally we arrived at Nusakambangan island. The first view i catch in Nusakambangan island is quite and virgin island. This landscape is perfect for people who a lot of activities.

We decides to breakfast after we arrived in Nusakambangan. We ate Instant noddles and mendoan  which we bought in this island. The simple food but provided energy enough for us during the trip enjoy Nusakambangan Island. Supposedly, Nusakambangan has a history. The island has hundreds of built fort as the portuguese defense, but before construction is completed, the Dutch was seized.

The trip started with paid 3000 IDR ticket. We are going to the beach at the end. We heard that the beach has a beautiful white sand. The beach is called Karang Pandan. Steep road did not dampen our steps. During the trip to the beach we passed the forts. We got mystical atmosphere because we should the forts in the middle of forest. We decided to take some picture at the forts we passed. In addition, we also seen beautiful beach which called Karang Bolong. After walking about 30 minute, we arrived at the eastern of island. Without more thinking, we straight to the beach. i had plan to take a bath at the beach. The water is warm and clean. On the beach are common brown algae, barnacles, and corals. After about 2 hours we spend time at the beach; playing sand, take a bath, playing a brown algae, take some pictures, and etc. After that we clean our bodies in fresh water in the rocks.

Segara Anakan Mangrovers

June 3, 2012, I followed the activities of BIA (Biologist in Action) from UPI (Unit Penelitian Ilmiah) Biology Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University. The event is an activity visit the mangrove areas in Segara Anakan, in Motean Village, Cilacap, Central Java.  I was there for planting seedlings of mangrove seedlings from Rhizophora species. it was exciting journey.

By the way, anyone know about Segara Anakan?

Segara Anakan is the largest mangrove area in the island of Java. Segara Anakan is located in southern waters, cilacap, Central Java. in Segara Anakan was overgrown mangrove species, such as Rhizophora, Avicennia, bruguieria, Sonneratia, etc.. By the way, What is mangrove? Mangrove is a special plant that live in intertidal areas. Mangrove has many benefits, one of which is the ecological benefit; prevent coastal erosion. Communities who living around the mangrove areas  normally using mangroves for the economy, such as mangrove wood as fuel. However, this is very unfortunate if the mangroves are exploited on a large scale will broke mangrove ecosystem itself.

The presence of mangrove ecosystems is essential to be maintained because of how important the role of mangroves. One of the activities carried out by planting mangrove seedlings on an empty area around the shoreline.

  Me and the other mangrovers planting mangrove seedlings in the ex embankment area where a lot of overgrown acanthus. We traveled about 1.5 hours to reach the Mottean village by boat, and after that we have to travel more by foot along approximately 2 km to the area where to be planted with mangrove seedlings.

I hope this small activity is a major step in maintaining the mangrove ecosystem in the future.

Finally i got you Karimun Jawa

Do you know about karimun jawa? Do you know about the beauty of it? Oh god Karimun jawa is a paradise under the sea.

This is my first time visiting the underwater paradise, the Karimun jawa islands. Karimun jawa located in  Java. Six hours from Jepara, Central Java. I use the Muria boat from Jepara, central java, less than about 6 hours, a very interesting trip, around us there is a stretch of sea water, incredible. "70% of the earth is water", and now I am very confident with that statement, the mainland is only a small fraction. After 6 hours I finally arrived in Karimun jawa, this is precisely the main island.After arriving in Karimun Java, I  took pictures at the gate. After that, me and my friends went straight to the inn. During a trip to the inn I saw ambient conditions, economic conditions in karimunjawa was not what I think before, the road was damaged. Unlike the case with many people is known of paradise, was like a resort town. Whereas karimunjawa save incredible natural charm. The first day, we went to Cemara besar Island where we will practice on seagrasses, coral reefs, and reef fish. Attractive impression in this island is the first time I felt the sting of a jellyfish. So incredible! it feels like an electric shock in the whole body, but to reach the shores we must pass it, amazing isn't it? . In this island too, i first time saw coral reefs. Oh god, so beautiful place. I face to the coral with snorkel and masker. We count the number of coral reefs along the transect line, i feels like to take it but karimunjawa is a national park which is a conservation area. I also swim with the sharks. Initially I was very scared, but it was tame sharks. I felt very happy and even had time to hold the sharks.The second day I visited the east area is  Kecil island. In the island I see the beauty under the sea. The first minute I saw was ordinary, and than.... so amazing,  like a mermaid fairy tale story, super pretty. Many coral reefs and a variety of colors, other than that I try toen courage holding the coral reefs. I also see the coral reefs and even hold a starfish and sea cucumbers. Interesting is not it? it feels like a beautiful dream, the journey was extraordinary. Unfortunately rained after snorkeling, so we paid back eventually. Every night at karimunjawa me and my friends always visit the square. I tried to enjoy a meal in the square, one of which is fish ball. Its delicious, not least with meatballs in Java, the different is using the fish. Besides that, I also like casual conversation with friends while enjoying a night in Karimunjawa. In addition to local tourists, in karimunjawa was visited by many foreign tourists. Last day in karimunjawa it was so heavy. I want to visit all the island in karimunjawa, but time split us. Here's my story for the karimunjawa. If you choose karimunjawa as a holiday target, it is the right choice, especially for those of you who love the beauty of the sea. I wish I could meet it again. Diary Kunjungan Ilmiah Goes To BAKMIGOR

Hi all, this time I want to tell you about my experience doing scientific-visit to Bandung, Sukabumi, and Bogor for 3 days ..

Dear All,,,

for 3 days 10-13 July 2011 I did a scientific visit, many stories, love,grief, and wisdom that I gained during the three day ..
let's first talk of the town :

1. Sukabumi
Sukabumi is a city of the first goal, which in this town we headed to the factory Indolakto who once visited the two places, namely IndoIndomilk and ice cream.
in plant science Indomilk we get around the manufacture ofsweetened condensed milk, liquid milk and its way of packaging and its contents. we immediately see the process of making milk,
very attractive:) besides we are given some exciting door prizes and souvenirs. after that we headed indo ice cream factory which was situated in a region still Indolakto, its activity there is not much different except that we see the process of making ice cream, until we got a few boxes of ice cream, yummy ... 

2. Bogor
Bogor herein after as the second city after sukabumi, in this town we headed to the region of IPB where here we do a comparative studywith friends HIMABIO (Biology student club), here we do the sharingand laboratory visits. many things that we learned where we neverhad, and I think some programs can be emulated.
we are here for 3 hours, and at the moment I came home very happy because I had met my old friend Agung who is almost 2 years we have not met.


3. Bandung
after the city of Bogor, night we went straight to Bandung to rest the agency said it was a guesthouse but the fact that only soldiers dorm alone, damn it! I originally thought would be a soft mattress to sleepsoundly on the contrary: ( but it does not become an obstacle us tobe discouraged because after that we were served a special trip to Lembang to visit the hall of artificial insemination. wowwww! in this place I really get the science many are related to learning newartificial insemination in cows, goats, and sheep truly remarkablelessons.
after that we got to the Pasar Baru to shopping, oh my God i felt so tired because it have 7 floor and i around all the building with my friends to search and buy something..
so happy shopping guys because the prices is cheaper than other.
